Without a question, the most magnificent of all the tourist resorts created in and around Muscat is Jebel Sifah. Beautiful beaches may be found both north and south of As Sifah on the coast.

The unit offers a 100-square-meter terrace. A large gazebo with a living area, bar, and dining table is located on the terrace. As you are directly above the Marina, you could nearly fish from the Balcony.

This apartment has magnificent views over the Marina and directly out to sea on one side and on the other side it looks out over the Golf course surrounded by Jebels (Mountains). The resort of Jebel Sifah is without doubt the most beautiful of all the Tourists resorts built in and around Muscat. There are some stunning beaches dotted along the coast both North and South of As Sifah
The apartment has a terrace of over 100 m2. On the terrace, there is a Large Gazebo with lounge area Bar and Dining table. You could almost fish from the Balcony as you are right above the Marina.
Three steps down from the Gazebo is a Bamboo bar and a Kitchenette. On the golf course side of the terrace, there is a B-B-Q. There is also an outside shower and WC room.
Behind the B-B-Q area is a raised deck with lots of cushions which in the cooler months can be used as a sleeping area.
Opening onto the terrace is a Bedroom with a King size Double bamboo bed and uniquely above the bed is a bunk type bed that can sleep two kids up to the age of say 12 years. The view directly over the Marina from the bedroom is stunning
Downstairs from the terrace is an ensuite Bedroom which has a king-size Bamboo bed like the one upstairs with bunks over There is a studio type lounge with Kitchen and couch that pulls out to a double bed. Next to the lounge is another WC
