Price includes
5% VAT · tent fitted · camping kit · Basic cover · 200 km/day · free pick-up and return at the Nomad Guest House, Muscat, 08:00–18:00. Out of hours +25 OMR + VAT. We don’t hand over at the airport (about a 12-minute taxi).
Seasonal rates
Apr – Oct: our lowest rates · Camping season: 1 Nov – 14 Dec and 11 Jan – 31 Mar · Festive: 15 Dec – 10 Jan. A trip that crosses two seasons is priced day by day at each day’s rate. Each package card shows all three rates. We charge per calendar day: your pick-up day and return day each count as a full day.
Booking & payment
Send your booking request by authorising a hold for 100% of the rental price on your card. The amount is held—not charged—while we review your request, and we’ll respond within 24 hours. Once your booking is confirmed, the full payment will be charged and you’ll receive your booking reference. If your chosen car is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or cancel your request and release the hold. A refundable OMR 100 security deposit is payable when you collect the car and can be paid by card, cash, or payment link. Our cancellation policy applies once your booking is confirmed; before confirmation, you may withdraw your request and the payment hold will be released.
Insurance
Basic, included: CDW + theft + third party, 500 OMR excess, 100 OMR deposit. Extended +5 OMR/day + VAT: 300 OMR excess, 100 OMR deposit. Security deposit (Basic or Extended) is paid at pick-up. Adventurer +10 OMR/day + VAT: 0 excess, tyres, glass & underbody covered, no deposit.
