We will start with a 3 Day Trip, Best Place For 3 Days Trip, Best 3 Day Trips, Oman 3 Day Tour, Oman Tour, which will include the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the Royal Opera House, the Bait Al Zubair Museum, the National Museum, the Sultan’s Palace Al Alam, and the Forts Al Jalali and Al Mirani, which will be picked up from your hotel at 0800 hrs. Best 3 Day Trips

Wadi Arbeieen will be our first stop today, followed by a drive along a magnificent wadi to Dibba’s coast. We’ll travel to the Bimmah Sink Hole and then to Wadi Shab from here. Swim through the keyhole to observe the waterfall within the cave, which is the highlight of Wadi Shab. Bring waterproof shoes and be aware that some of the rocks on the path to the cave are slippery. If you have one, bring it. We’ll drive to the desert camp after lunch, through Sur. To enjoy the sunset over the golden dunes, we must make it to the Desert camp.

Oman 3 Day Tour

After breakfast, an optional camel ride is available. Then we’ll head to Wadi Bani Khalid. The Wadi boasts deep blue pools surrounded by magnificent mountains and date palms, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming, and taking in some of Oman’s natural beauty. Wadi Bani Khalid is one of Oman’s most famous tourist sites, and weekends and local holidays may be extremely packed. Bring your swimming equipment with you! Swimming in the rock pools is an absolute must.

We travel 3 Day Trip from Muscat to Nizwa via the Sumail Gap, a major route across the Hajar Mountains that connects the coast and the interior. We’ll tour the Fort and the Souq in Nizwa, and perhaps buy a souvenir. The Date Market is a must-see where you may sample a variety of dates. Choose your favorite and buy a few to take with you on the trip. After that, we’ll go to Jabrin Castle and then Bahla Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). We’ll then drive to the Desert Camp for lunch.

Day 1

Muscat City Tour – Bimmah sink hole – Tiwi or Sur

After pick up from your Hotel at 0800 hrs we will first make a city tour this will include the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque – The Royal Opera House – The Bait Al Zubair Museum – The National Museum – The Sultan’s Palace Al Alam – Forts Al Jalali & Al Mirani. The Tour will not include the Souq in Muttrah.  After lunch we will drive to Tiwi. On the way we will stop to visit the Bimmah sink hole. We will stay overnight in a Hotel in Tiwi or Sur depending on availability.

Day 2

Tiwi– Wadi Shab – Wadi Tiwi –  Desert Camp

We first visit Wadi Shab. The highlight of Wadi Shab is to swim through the keyhole to see the waterfall inside the cave. Bring some suitable foot wear that you do not mind getting wet and be careful some of the rocks on the way to the cave are slippery. Bring a waterproof camera if you have one! After lunch we will drive along Wadi Tiwi to the village of Midham. Here we will descend through lush fields to the beautiful waterfall below. Be aware it is quite a step climb. After catching our breath we drive to the desert camp  to get there in time to see the sunset over the golden dunes.

Desert Camp – Camel Ride* – Wadi Bani Khalid – Muscat

After breakfast it is possible to take an optional camel ride. We will then drive to  Wadi Bani Khalid. After lunch we will drive to Sur. We will visit the boat yard to see the Dhows being built in the old fashioned way that has not changed for hundreds of years. From Sur we drive to the Turtle reserve. The Turtle tour will be at 2100 hrs. 0r at 0500 hrs.

Day 3

Ras Al Jinz – Wadi Shab – Bimmah Sink Hole

Today we drive back along the coast through Sur to Wadi Shab. The highlight of Wadi Shab is to swim through the keyhole to see the waterfall inside the cave. Day 1

Muscat – Nakal – Wadi Bani Awf – Over the top – Misfah Al Abriyeen 

Our first stop is at Nakhal to explore the fabulous Nakhal Fort and hot springs. A quick dip in the hot springs is possible if not too crowded so bring along your swimming gear! From Nakhal we drive towards Rustaq turning off to drive through the stunning Wadi Bani Auf.  We pass the fearsome Snake Gorge to arrive at the picturesque village of Bilad Sayt.  We then backtrack a little before we climb the Jebel. Now prepare yourself for an adrenaline rush you will receive when we drive up the gigantic cliff face! Please note this road is often closed after rains so an alternative route must be taken. After stopping to admire the views at the topp we dive down the Jebel to  the quaint village of Misfah Al Abriyeen. We take a stroll along the Falaj irrigation channels and paths and check in to outr Hotel. Note we will stay in Misfat or Al Hamra depending on availability.

Day 2

Misfah Al Abriyeen  –  Jebel Shams –  Jabrin – Bahla – Nizwa – Desert Camp

After breakfast we drive to  the highest mountain in Oman Jebel Shams (The Mountain of the Sun). The views looking over the cliff and down to the Grand Canyon are magnificent. Anyone for Base Jumping? We drive back down the Jebel to visit Jabrin Castle along the way we will stop to see the UNESCO world heritage Bahla Fort. From Jabrin it is a short drive to Nizwa where we will visit the Souq and perhaps purchase a souvenir. A must see is the Date market where you can taste the many various types. After lunch we head for the Desert Camp which is hidden away deep in the Wahiba sands to escape all light and noise pollution from the nearby town of Badiya. We will arrive before sunset to ensure we witness the sun setting over the golden sand dunes.

Day 3

Desert Camp – Wadi Bani Khalid

After breakfast it is possible to go for a camel ride or go for an adventurous drive through the dunes known locally as “Dune Bashing ” Please be aware that dune bashing must be undertaken at your own risk. After leaving the camp it is a short drive  to Wadi Bani Khalid. The Wadi has deep blue pools surrounded by spectacular mountains and date palms making it a perfect place to soak up the sun,  and absorb some of Oman’s natural beauty. Wadi Bani Khalid is one of Oman’s most popular destinations and can be very busy at weekends or local Holidays. Bring your swimming gear! A swim in the rock pools is a must. After drying off we have lunch at a local restaurant and then drive back to Muscat.

Day 2

Misfah Al Abriyeen – Jebel Shams –  Balcony walk   Misfah Al Abriyeen 

After breakfast we drive to  the highest mountain in Oman Jebel Shams (The Mountain of the Sun). The views looking over the cliff and down to the Grand Canyon are magnificent. Anyone for Base Jumping? It is not far from the view point  to the start of the Balcony walk. This walk is not too arduous and is suitable for most people of moderate fitness. It meanders along just below the edge of the Grand Canyon and leads to a rock pool and an abandoned village at the end of the path. The scenery is truly spectacular. After an exhilarating hike we drive back down the Jebel to our Hotel in Misfah or al Hamra

Day 3

Misfah Al Abriyeen – Wadi Bani Awf – Hazn Castle – Wukan – Nakal – Muscat

Today is quite a long day so we must start early. We are going to see what we think is Oman’s most interesting fort and what we consider to be Oman’s prettiest village Wakan  We drive out of Misfah up the Jebel to Shorfet Alalamin where we stop to admire the spectacular view.s Then we strap in for an awesome drive down the jebel. If we have time we will take a short detour to see the beautiful village of Bilad Sayt and then we will drive along Wadi Bani Awf past the fearsome Snake canyon. We emerge from the canyon at Al Awabi and then drive to Al Hazm castle. This castle has been beautifully restored and has a very interesting collection of canons From Hazm we drive through Wadi Mistal and into the Ghubra Bowl. This is a bit barren but is surrounded by imposing Jebels on all sides. As we start the climb up the Jebel the majestic Village of Wukan can be seen clinging to the rock face. As we get closer it just gets more beautiful. This probably is the most picturesque village in Oman. After a very steep ascent, we park and then walk up through pretty gardens with fruit trees, almonds, pomegranates, apricots, and dates. Beside the path is a Falaj with flowing water and many pools.From Wukan it is a short drive to Nakal where we visit the impressive fort and to admire the views of Date plantations from the castle walls We then visit the hot springs where if it is not to crowded it is possible to bathe After a long day we return to Muscat

Day 1

Muscat – Wadi Bani Khalid – Desert Camp  – Camel ride* 

Wadi Bani Khalid is one of Oman’s most popular Wadis. Fortunately the driving time has now been considerably reduced after  two tunnels were built  through the mountains. We drive from Muscat along the new highway to Ibra. just after Ibra we can see the Wahiba sands. These sands stretch all the way from the foothills of the Eastern Hajar mountains to the tIndian Ocean.A swim in the beautiful rock pools of Wadi Bani Khalid  is a must so bring a towel and swimming gear but please swim in shorts and a T shirt After drying off we will have lunch at a local restaurant And then we will drive into  the Wahiba sands We must get to the camp in god time to see the sun dip down beneath the glowing sands There will be time in the evening or in the morning for an optional camel ride.
